if a person really need that job..it won't matter at all specially in PH.. but usually normally abroad its been speculated..have you ever wondered why most CV's abroad never have those infos placed. =)
sa US raman ni applicable guro oe, kay most of them don't want to give so much details sa ilang private life gud....

It think it depends on the context in which the questions are asked but somehow HR people know what they are doing and they asked these questions to qualify or disqualify applicants. As an applicant, being rejected based on these grounds really affects but we think that any kind of rumblings are can be interpreted as sour gaping. The best things is just express the feeling, think for the future and move on. Wala man ta mahimo if di ganahan ang employer nato. Pangita nalang lain kanang di mo descriminate para happy and workplace nimo.
