My relatives happen to come from these areas, natawo ug nagtubo sa maong lungsod, proud nga Cebuano .. I too for one have lived for years in what Clavel would like to call Northern Cebu. Honestly, Clavel is doing this for her own interests and not for us, they're just carving out political terretorial boundaries and not to the best interests of Cebuanos but for their own good, for their own political self preservation.Originally Posted by istoryador
Let it be known that Cebu province has existed as one since the time of Magellan (and even before known history). Why would we want to change that? Its strength lies in the unity of its people, dividing it simply doesn't make sense.
I'll be returning to Cebu soon and not to some Cebu del Norte as these trapo would like to call it.
