Lisod man gud siya i-prove if attempted murder. Lisod man i-prove sa court nga it was preconceived kay as per accounts, nanglaban si Pilar mao to gidunggab. Pwede man sila makaingon nga ilahang plano lang is kuhaon ang sakyanan ug kwarta dayon sibat. Nga naka stab lang sila kay nanglaban si Pilar. Mao nga serious physical injury na lang ilaha gisang-at.

wouldn't you have to do the actual stabbing to be charged "attempted murder"? she was just an accomplice. i'm not sure, maybe a lawyer here can confirm that.
