I believe that a divided Cebu will be better because it will spur progress to all parts of Cebu. I cant understand Cebu wanted to create Visayas republic from manila because it believe its their way to progress.
But why they wont allow the legitimate concerns of the people in other districts to separate from the mother province when in fact they are motivated by the same purpose which is progress.

dont be too selfish, give other Cebuanos their freedom. That is their right to self determination.
