Cebu Master Plan is only upbeat for the rich but it is agony to the poor. Only the rich will benefit from this project.

Or I could compare it to a pa pogi project. Magaling sa porma pero wala sa substance. You have good physical infrastructure but your salary for ordinary workers is still at sweat shop rates. It can hardly give a worker a decent life.

    Theres the irony.

Bro thanks for the info, I will try to contact GILAS once I'll return to Cebu, please PM me your contact number and GILAS. The High School is in Danao City bro, naa sa Brgy. Masaba (Perez H.S.). I grew up in that baranggay, I attended grade 1 there, if I remeber it right - we would walk to our classes held under a mango tree barefoot almost 30 years ago inig human ug patuna sa kabaw.

With regards to the comment "Magaling sa porma pero wala sa substance", as a Cebuano I'll take that as a challenge, we'll all work for it, the Cebu Masterplan is initiated by the private sector, and we have already done progress. Just look at how we've progressed from a few years back. We believe we can make a difference. We believe the Cebu Masterplan is a reality - if we all work, pay our taxes religiously, obey and uphold our laws, and be better citizens.

Then we should see who's "magaling lang sa porma pero wala namang ginagawa (walang substance)".

Sa kinaulihan, "it creates wealth for the people".

The presence of a better economy may not immediately be felt, it doesn't happen overnight, even if the buildings and soo many construction going on here and there may not be a sign of progress to you, but its a sign that the wheels are turning... think positive, mag kugi na lang ta, dili lagi ta gutmon.

Naa bitaw ayala business park, tag -as ug building, wa man gihapon ma okupahi.

Pag job hunting ra gud sa Cebu, lisud kaayo. Usa ka position 200 ka book ang aplikante. Highly urbanized man kaha ang Cebu nya ngano lisud man ipangita ug trabahao? Kung naa man gani ang sweldo pwerting baratuha. Manghod ra sa pangayo.
