    I've been there.. done that...

Half true ang title sa thread... ang ako opinion ani kay..

Getting education and good grades is not enough to ensure success... !

Mao na ang sakto nga title. True, I have friends and classmates before. Naa koy amigo nga dili siya maayo ug academics, two year course ra iyang na human. Pero kay naa man siya inherent "Good Interaction" skills, he is excellent in his profession as a Sales Supervisor.

Then some of my classmates pag college, dili pod maayo ug academics, wala nakapasar ug board exam. Pero kay determined, karon kay nag work na overseas sa Offshore and Oil Drilling, earning at an average of 100k per month, or more...

But, para sa mga tao nga walay talent, parehas nako... , My education and professional license ensured me in a stable job, na makatabang ug provide sa akong basic necessities in life. (and naapay extra pang beer2x ug palit ug pulutan... ).

If wala palang ko naninguha pag college ug pag board exam, basin wala ko diri... or naa siguro ko kuyog sa akong mga kauban sa oil drilling.. toweweweng!!!

    it's a plus but it's never a guarantee.
important man sad ang interpersonal skills ug money management.
daghan kaayo sweto but di kasaka sa ladder kay di kabalo mo dala ug tao.
daghan kaayo sweto, dako rango, ug dako sweldo, but di kabalo modala sa kwarta.

ok raman mangempleo as a stepping stone to owning your business.
