there is not yet a proven scientific research about wheatgrass. although, its still under constant scrutiny and iyang effectiveness ug validity....depende ra nimo, naa man tay gitawag ug placebo effect which means, if u believe in the product like wheatgrass, most likely your body will respond to it positively. unlike sa green tea, for centuries na jud proven ang iyang health benefits. there's no harm in trying man daw, if u are curious enough, go ahead and try and find out for yourself. if it makes u feel good, why not diba?
