My vote goes to Westlake
They're inexpensive tires that has decent grip. Both of my cars have Westlake tires at the rear. So far, no problems whether in normal driving, spirited driving, autocrosses or long trips.
For more spirited driving experiences you can ask the "Westlake Touge Club" hahahahaha

They go up the mountains usually every Saturday dawn. You can catch them having breakfast in Adventure Cafe.
By the way, the "Westlake Touge Club" name is just an inside joke hahaha They're enthusiasts (mostly subarus) that uses Westlake tires for their weekly touge runs because they're inexpensive an have decent grip, so replacing them every so often won't make a big dent on the wallet.
