The number of child pornography websites is estimated to be in the hundreds of thousands or even millions. That's not the ISPs responsibility, to monitor who's doing what.

It's a joint effort both of our government and ISP's, if this will be implemented then the blocking is done mostly on the ISP side depending on how they design their systems.

Dubai Internet Traffic is being routed to a certain ISP that serve as the Proxy Filtering Systems. In our case, its up to our ISP here how they will design the system.
