@champ: You do know how to get to JY Square in Lahug, don't you? From there, you can hire a taxi or a habal2x to get to Mt. View.

Or if you're bringing your own car, from JY, just follow the road going up to Busay. When you pass Chateau de Busay, you're getting close to Mt. View. Keep your eye out for the Mt. View sign on the left. When you see it, make a left turn. You still have to drive some more to get to their entrance gate.

According to this blog (entry dated Nov. 2010):
The charge of the van is PhP 400.00 one way and a maximum of 10 persons, PhP 40.00/head in excess of 10 persons.

I guess it's up to you what time you want the van to pick you up at JY. It's best that you call them, their contact numbers can also be found in that blog entry.
