you have to chart down your menstruation period for 8 months above so that you'll know how long is your cycle
ex.
1st month = 30
2nd = 36
3rd to 8th month = 33
longest cycle : 36
shortest : 30

equation in computing fertile days <no s€x days>

longest cycle minus 11 = 36-11 = 25
shortest cycle minus 19 = 30-19 = 11

11th to 25th day = no s€x
day 11 to day 25 sa cycle, dili sa calendar û

actually ang calendar method was designed to help couples conceive kay mahibaw-an man ang "most fertile" days..

people, please don't assert nga foolproof ni nga method.. ako mismo nabuntis ani.. i used to take note of every first day of my cycle.. and i used to menstruate regularly, every month jud.. i even gave 4 days allowance nga abstinence before and after sa "fertile days".. even my OB counted back, she said it doesn't add up.. you can never predict when mudecide imong body to ovulate earlier or later than your usual..
