drink plenty of water a day before it helps stretch your stomach.

also in a buffet table. start at the end, and avoid the fillers. soup, salad, RICE. which they put in front of table. notice the nicer and more expensive dishes is almost always at the end? heehee

I believe it so. Ikadaghan nako nga naay kuyog ka date or gf, alkanse jud ko sa bayad if adto mi mangaon sa eat all you can or buffet... Kay if worth 200 ang meal, ang iyang ma kaon kay worth 50 pesos ra...

Mao na if naa koy kuyog babae, dili nalang mi sa buffet.. pero if ako ra mokaon, payter!
