Always consume healthy MACRO-NUTRIENTS everyday. Portion your regular 3 huge meals into 5 and eat every 2-3 hours so your body wont store excess food you eat and will naturally burn those stubborn fats around your waist.
Do crunches and reverse crunches or leg raises. Sit ups wont form your abs.

idagan na bay.. u need to be lean so that naay muscle imong abs.. as long as naa fats ur crunches and set-ups will not work u might strain ur spine lang hinoun ... nothing beats running. in making ur body lean..
