PSP 3004 (Slim&Lite) for Ipod touch/Iphone 3g

I'm willing to trade my PSP 3004 Slim & Lite for an Ipod touch (3gen or 4gen)
or an Iphone(3g) or any Nikon AF-S lens. I will add slight cash if necessary.

PSP details:
- bought last yr (2010) at I-tech SM Cebu
- in very good condition: no scratches, never been dropped, no hidden defects (LCD protector and body protector since day 1)
- well taken cared off by yours truly

- firmware ver 5.03 MHU (can play downloaded games)
- comes w/ original box + 8gb Sony memory stick + other accessories
