mas nindot kung ikaw ang mag build.. labi na kung first time nimo.. same sa ako nga kurog og kulba gamay ng-gunit sa i7 procie sa pg install.. dili masabtan imong singot nga bugnaw wui.. lols..

den kana inig first turn on nimo nga mo boot cya wala errors.. success kaayo.. hehehe..

just get the i5 for your budget and use the internal graphic of the chip for the meantime, buy your videocard later when diablo 3 is available. get a decent PSU for later power needs when you get your Vcard.

dont know the price of the procie but take a look at GI prices.

for rams Kingstone ddr3 rams are cheapest at pcx.
buy an OEM dvd drive, pcqb sells samsung OEMs for 830 only
thermaltake v4 - 2050 (if you dont want to spend anymore on fans get the Sunbeam Ventmax at pcx or GI)
ST50F-es is good enough or you can get the higher versions if you want.
ECS H67 B3 ready mobo - 3.6k or 3.8k at GI forgot which is which.
get the samsung 1tb 7200rpm drives at GI

if plan on an i7, 25k wont be enough.

lol.. ang kulba if mu.on ba PC inig power .. If confident close the case daan make sure cables are managed pretty well. If DILI confident leave case open, unya na ang cables..

25k is not enough for the specs you wish to build...
