Brad, i find it quite interesting to know your version of Christianity. If you don't mind, can you please share it with us? You are wrong brad, don't you know that man's salvation is God-centered and not man? It is God-initiated and calls for man's obedience and submission to Him. When you really love someone, you would want to do something for that person, irregardless of whatever happens to you or at what cost. You render service to God because it makes Him happy, not because you want him to award you salvation or whatever it is you desire.

Regarding my view of Christianity sir, it would actually be a long story. Because quite frankly, I am not interested in salvation, as it is still self-centered. I don't care whether the Lord puts me in heaven or hell. I only wish that wherever He may place me, I still have the capacity to remember him and to render service to Him and His Son. That's all I ask from the Lord.

Serving God your own way is not truly serving God. God wants his people to serve him his way.
I guess you never heard the story of Cain and abel where God denied Cains own way to serve God and accepted Abel's.
