Sanctions are there so employees would abide the policies and rules. Im sure zylun has one, like any other companies out there.

Indeed we love to break rules. But as I've said, what the employees are showing, reflect to the management and the image of the company.
I can sense that you're an uptight person. You are being too idealistic man, my name is always in the list of the dress code violators but I never get a memo, not even once. Same with Teletech, Sykes, and Convergys. You are what you are, no matter what company you are connected to. The company did not raise you from childhood, your parents did. Your values reflects who you are, it doesnt reflect the company. You are stereotyping and sadly, you are undermining a person's ability to choose a behavior for themselves.

Talking of clients, they also have their own rules that they want to implement and more pressing issues to handle and sometimes not notice other concerns but im sure they are also working together with the management on these. As for my opinion, Zylun wants a fun, happy WORKING environment and they do not want to impose too much when it is not necessary. Surely they have a reason for that.

" Agree ako dito I think what there "directory of sexy operations" gustong E implement is yung old days style..and even still being practice by some big company.. Like Facebook and Google

And as far as i know majority of zylun employee are IS people... which is different from an ordinary bpo agents... For me F*** with the policy what is important is RESULT and I think thats what Zylun wants to do... To hell with the policy what is important is there employees are Happy ... Happy Employee = Good Quality Work Result ...

Opinion ra ni nako ha..since i am not an insider from this company ...

Zylun is a new company it's not even a 1-year-old company yet. The company is just starting and sure is trying its best. So as of now, you can't really expect it to be like those BIG, OLD companies in terms of house rules etc. I'm a web developer in zylun and I'm very happy working in Zylun.I have a very nice and wide cubicle . You can try to apply for a web developer or seo position, so that you can have a cool and wide cubicle.

Uptight because I work in the management. Some people can't understand my mentality coz they are thinking for their own comfort and image and NOT with the company they are working with.
Place yourselves in a picture and ask if you fit and deserve to be in front.

It seems you lack understanding why there are house rules and policies. There are reasons why they are there and people who violates it will be sanctioned.

Why did you mention values? Did your parents forgot to teach you how to abide rules? Do you think abiding rules is NOT a good value as an employee of a company?

Lastly, Im clueless why you said I'm stereotyping. You are an employee so you should abide the rules and policy and its a BIG NO to just express every emotion/behavior/personality you have just because you like it and you are born with it. BAD PEOPLE should change. You are oblige ethically to follow company rules and leave if you don't like it.

    I almost forgot. @casper2.
I almost fell off my chair when I read your post. seems you need to try wearing your manager's shoes to realize some things are there for critical consequences.
Companies always prioritize its business and profit and NOT always prioritize employee happiness. If they would, im sure they are not gaining well.
Employees have high demands to make themselves happy. Usually, companies can't provide everything employees want.
