Rules are intended to make sure everyone is working when they are expected to, I believe Zylun has that policy in place but did not want to impose it strictly because they trust that their employees are responsible enough to not abuse it. All companies have their own rules depending on what the account demands, and im sure not all employees likes strict policies, most of the time it depends on what the employees are used to, also there are agents who are rather natural rebels and loves to break rules. breaking rules is exciting, isnt it?

Talking of clients, they also have their own rules that they want to implement and more pressing issues to handle and sometimes not notice other concerns but im sure they are also working together with the management on these. As for my opinion, Zylun wants a fun, happy WORKING environment and they do not want to impose too much when it is not necessary. Surely they have a reason for that.
