I doubt SM South Reclamation will go to Ayala... I would think they would want to go to SM North Reclamation Area.

BRT is a project of the CITY GOVERNMENT OF CEBU. Not SM. Na-timingan ra na ang FIRST PHASE niya kay coincidental sa opening sa SM Seaside City.

Ang Ciudad ang magbuot ana. And the central station will be in the SRP and the first route is from SRP to Ayala terminal. Wala mabuhat ang SM ana.

correction... the first phase of BRT this 2013 will run from Bulacao Pardo to Talamban. (SRP not included in Phase 1... maybe sa Phase 2 na na)...

SM Seaside City Cebu will have a total gross floor area of 291,000 sq meters
SM City Consolacion will have a total gross floor area of 70,000 sq. meters


SM City Cebu is currently the 4th biggest SM mall in the counrtry.
After the completion of SM Seaside City Cebu wich will become the 4th biggest, SM City Cebu will become the 5th biggest SM mall in the country...
