I am not quite sure about this study that 10 hour sleep can increase your
life. But the sound sleep of the 10 hours is have good impact on your health.
and the sleep of the 8 hours is necessary for the healthy life.

dili,, mas na enjoy nimo imong kinabuhi.. kay ng mata rman ka most of the time,, katong natog hinoon dugay mata, wa jud ka enjoy, kay natulog raman.
lets say 8 hours ang normal na sleep sa tao,
if 10 hours kamatog (sobra 2 hours), every 12 days, alkanse naka ug usa ka adlaw, hehe (12*2 =24 hours)
sa usa ka tuig ana, 365/12 = ~30 days or 1 month, alkansi kag usa ka buwan(natog raka anang usa ka buwan)

8 hours of sleep
8 hours of work
8 hours of recreation
