Ang case sa ako kay mura lang ug naay tiny air bubble sa ilawm, just underneath the out layer of the lcd film if that's what it's called. If ang image sa screen tungod ato na spot is colored dili siya obvious, kung black kay molutaw gyud ang spot. OC. Na bothered ko, considering pod na bag.o pa nya mahal among palit ato.

Moving forward, after a year and some months naay na pod ingon ato akong LCD, although it doesn't affect the display. I kind of concluded na ingon ato gyud to siya...Pero usually naa gyud na policy a dead pixel ang mga electronics manufacture, to define which cases are tolerable and which cases are really considered defects....

you can't say that na ingon anaon ug trabaho tanan sir. when you say "replacement" brand new gyud na siya specially if known nga branded ang unit. mao bitaw ignon mo sa customer sales representative nga some of it would take a week or more to be replace because ipa shipment pa nila ang parts with the same part number. also inig abot ana sila na mo replace dri and e test pod daan before e release.

@TS: agree ko ni networkguy kay naa siya point. you can say that it just a small dead pixel but honestly small dead pixel will lead to a bigger one. you might regret it soon.

ming tawag ko sa MSI sm cebu...nya engn nla..epa lantaw daw nku sa ila ugma pero service ra ela buha2n dli cla mo replace..mo replace ra daw cla if 4+ dead pixel ang naa......unsaon man pag au ani f service lng?....
