This is the design of the "Church" which will be built simultaneously with the mall itself.



This is the "Roof Garden" of SM Seaside City Mall. Mas nice pa siya sa "Terraces" sa Ayala.















This is the "Cube" which will be Cebu's version of the "Globe" in SM MOA.







The "Centerpiece" of the mall is an open area with a 30 storey high, full-glass "observation tower" which will give the mallers a 360 degree panoramic view of Cebu.







This is the "FULL VIEW" of the mall.

This development is a commitment of SM to the City Government of Cebu for allowing them to develop their lot in SRP. When SM promises, SM delivers. And the entire Sy family was present during the ground-breaking of this project last April 8, 2011 at the Radisson Blu Hotel Cebu.

The future developments that will be built after the mall is complete.....

Notice that those rectangular boxes are the "hotels and condominiums" that will be built by SM.







The convention center will be built after or along with the residential towers.

The entire development will cost SM 21 Billion pesos. SM Seaside City Mall itself will consume more or less, 4.5 BN pesos.
