sakto jud ka saskee14,mahadlok sad ko molakaw if ako lang isa coz maglain nya akong feeling then there's no one there to be with..I have a heart problem man pud,i think that's what triggered it. I've had this for 14 yrs! mas grabe ko sa una,and cge lang kog research and have meds too,but be careful sa mga psychiatrists ha,choose well and ayaw ng mohatag diretso ug daghan tambal kay di sad maau ma od ka..TRUST IN THE LORD and have a healthy relationship with Him,do exercises and occupy yourself with happy thoughts and exercise! we should have a support group on this..

For those of you nga hadlok pa mo gawas, hinay-hinay lang. Small steps (not literal hehe) every now and then. Helps to have someone understand what you're going through and accompany you during your short lakads. Someone who will understand when you say "I'm starting to feel really weird now, I want to go home."

Avoid huge crowds for the time being. Don't watch news on TV. Slowly take interest in things. Start a journal or a blog. Find out if your panic attacks have certain triggers and avoid them. One of my biggest trigger was noise.
