in our company, everybody did not, or have not yet received our tax refund or we were or are not even given any computation of our annual tax or the ITR

our accountant ? she always has alibi or 2

we were promised once that i will be given on the 10 of march, but such was not given. many promises were made but they just remained unfulfilled unitl now.

if u ask your direct supervisor concerning the matter, " i dont know or no update yet."

im in a call center by the way.

do you ever have a payslip?
can you pm me with these infos?
company name, your tax in your payslip, basic monthly salary, incentives and the likes?
you should have payslips, its mandated in our labor code. im sure if you dont have a payslip and your accountant can't compute your tax, your company probably is not paying your sss and pag ibig contributions too.
