The process is, you'll take an exam then pass it to the interviewer, they'll call your name then if you pass the initial interview, next step will be the technical exam then if you pass you'll be interviewed by the manager then after will be your job offer. By the way, Wednesdays and Thursdays are their one day processing.

On tips, be conversant and avoid dead air.

Nindot kaayo ug systema ila recruitment...nag-invite ug interview pero closed na diay ang position. Gasto2x rako gikan pa tawn ko sa probinsya....

Pagtawag na sa ako pangalan, dritso ra ingon na filled-up naman ni na position 3 days ago. Untwaaaaa? Ngano sige man send nako ug e-mail reminder regarding sa interview Kalami pangayoan ug refund sa ako gasto anha lang ug cebu para sa interview...
