To cut the long story short and to give justice to fellow istoryans. These are replicas and are not authentic oakleys. Inconsistent weight, inconsistent material from the original (these are metal and not alloys mind you, some products feels lighter so its plastic). I have seen a lot of these in Robinsons Mall. If you are an Oakley fanatic, you can distinguish the difference right away. You can check the pointed tip of these oakley Juliets and X- Squared, they are very far from the original, the Replicas have their pointed tips curve outward, while the originals continue their curve inside. Furthermore, the bridge of the Replica X-Squared is far smaller than the original Oakley X-Squared.

Some Replicas have the word "Polarized" printed on the lenses. These are also not true. You can try and check if the lens are authentic polarized lenses. All you need to do is to get another polarized pair of sunglasses, put them together with your first pair, and look through both while rotating one of them to 90 degrees. Light will be blocked if both pairs are polarized.

In all honesty. Oakley dont have overruns. The company wont allow to have overrun products scattered in the market. These are Replicas and thats the truth. You can go to G-Force SM or Ayala to test its authenticity... but I warn you... you might get embarassed.

For me, spending 4k for a replica whether its far more cheaper than owning an original Oakley just doesnt work for me.

This thread is the same as those who buy OEM Beats but in reality, what they bought were FAKES.
