im in favor!
Yes to Divorce Bill
No to Divorce Bill
People should marry who they think they will really spend the rest of their life with
so that marriage works
Para they don't have to part ways and everything.
so TS, are you in favor of divorce?
If you're a 6-year old kid, seeing your parents quarelling.
Imo ba ingnon nga: "Pag-buwag nalang mo uy!"
Let's face it guys, feelings can change with time. Kudos to those who have gone through all the tough times and made it. Pero some relationships are not meant to last. No matter how much we tell people to make sure about their decision to marry, some marriages fail. Dili lang feelings ang reason. Naay mga marriages nga abusive ang bana or asawa. Katong di na ganahan nga minyo pa sila sa ilang partner, OK ra na sa ako nga mag-divorce mo. Why stay with each other when you can be happy being alone or with another partner?
I am in favor of divorce gyud..mas daghan girl mabulahan ani kong ma legalize ni cya..labi na tong mga babaye nga emotionally and physically abused by ther husbands.
agree pud aning divorce, naa man jud gi reason nganu magbuwag or nwala na ilang love sa ilang partner... especially sa mga wife na gi abused sa ilang bana......
Divorce across Europe
General trends show that non-Catholic EU countries tend to have higher divorce rates.
Until February 27th 1997, divorce in Ireland was illegal. In 2001, Italy and Ireland had the lowest divorce rates in Europe (0.7%) and Spain had a comparatively low divorce rate (1.0%) compared with Belgium having the highest (2.9%).
The UK also has a high divorce rate (2.6%). Whilst France considers itself to be a Catholic country, its divorce rates are considerably higher (2.0%) than other European Catholic countries. (Figures are rates per 1,000 population - 2001).

I hope its clear why divorce is not legalized in our country... we are a Roman catholic nation or is there a separation of the state and church?
aside from the fact that religion is against divorce,
to those who thinks that it's simple as that, esp katung mga naay anak, don't be too selfish guys, for you it might be okay, but how about your children? do you really think that the effects of your separation has no effect on the child? This country is not the same as the US or any other nation where divorce is legal. Some children may not suffer but most of them does.
On the other hand, those who are greatly abused, well there is always prison,
the family is the basic unit of the society, it is where each is molded to become a better citizen
Naa man gyud na psychological effect ang divorce, pero worse ang psychological effect sa mga bata kung sige ug away ilang parents. Kung ma-legalize ang divorce, naa man sad provisions ang law para sa protection sa mga rights sa mga bata.
Not all abusive partners end up in prison. Many women who are in abusive relationships keep quiet about it. Divorce is a viable option for these people.
murag annulment ra ang pwede... kay in divorce dali ra kaayo. daog diretso sa annulment you still have the time in the world to chance you mind if inyu pa ipadayon and it will cost a lot.
