those persons trying to make this like some sort of a nationality-race superiority trampling over the inferior or lesser ones are precisely those who also puts their basis or means of measuring up someone according to social stature---political standing, wealth, position or assets.
Why? because this is simply just an individual who doesn't represent a class or this case--a race or nationality.

and ang dapat man unta bisan kinsa bisan asa...sa pinas mas or sa states..ma kano or pinoy

I am not off-topic Eve, I am addressing the validity of the topic and questioning it's motive. The point is this Eve: if you were in the UK (for example) a thread about rude Filipinos would be considered discriminatory and you even though you were not born in the UK would be protected by law from such prejudice.

If it happened in your country and it said in the newspaper "Rude foreigners" it wouldn't mean just Filipinos and react to it that would be preposterous and really STUPID !Why should the Filipinos react ...did it Mention FILIPINOS? Im pretty sure there are hundreds of nationality in that country ...would they all scream and shout? well unless they are suffering from delusion of persecution!
