everytime i hear this word, i'm always reminded of this: mag laslas ni sila kay para nila "i hate world!" ilang feeling.. hehe

para nako, the concept of being 'emo' was already there from the beginning... but had never really defined.. but when 'EMO' was already introduced in terms of music & style, and emotional state, almost everybody claims that they're emo.... nayabag na!

and about sa ilang appearance and how they dress, most people find it dirty or oa ra kaayo... for me, i sometimes see it negatively labi na if dili angayan ang ga 'emo'... and i think ing-ani ni sila manamit kay they want to make a statement... para matagad ba... (mayta dili ko buthan ni bhaiken ani... ehehe..)

just so you know, i'm not emo... i don't listen to their songs, and i don't dress like one... but one thing i admire about them is their hairstyle.. (girl hairstyle).. kanang layered hair with short and long streaks.. kana nindot tan-awn but i don't consider sporting that look...

well sorry if na offend ka with the negative comments... you can't expect everyone to appreciate it, so chill lang...

you know emo is an american sub culture.. even a minority in the US of A.. because of sounds like punk and indie rock they became quite popular in the youngsters... pero originally these people are influenced by their brittish cousins accross the atlantik.. the hardcore punks.. the tribe of britains (Punks as u call them).. sad to say they worship the devil. their ancestors where the rockers of the sixties rock n roll.. well.. they are in that line of category.
