Men tend to want it all, even if they're afraid to say so out loud, or admit that, practically speaking, the goal is impossible. men are selfish! but if a man really love his gf then why would he intend to do it? falling in love with another woman and liking a woman even if you have a gf are two different things. falling in love is deeper. of course it is cheating. you fooled your gf. giving her false hope. you cannot serve two masters at the same time. you (man) should not take your gf for granted especially tarong ang imo gf because you might regret it for the rest of your life.
