When I had boot up issues before what I did was just do the bruteforce method and reformatted my PC, removed all my add in cards and once the reinstall is done.. I rebooted by PC like a dozen times and took down the boot times, added in the drivers 1 by 1 and even applications, for every driver/application I added I rebooted my PC about 2-3 times till I found the boot up delay. 138 seconds is NOT that bad..
Lemme check how fast my PC can reboot, its been a long while since I had to clean up my PC.. come to think of it I never had to reformat since I stepped up to Win7 ( from Vista and XP )
EDIT:
47seconds, I have 38 start up stuff and 1.20GB of used memory upon reboot. This is on a Samsung 1TB F3.
