Youtube webpage displays nothing

has anyone encountered like this? Well, when I open youtube on IE8, the resulting page is just a plain white page with nothing in it. There is no error displayed.

I have updated the flashplayer, shockwave, java, check the security settings, disabled firewall and anti-virus, etc... still no luck.

What could be the culprit on this. I hate to reinstall windows because I need to reinstall all softwares again, it's really time consuming.

Anybody has an idea?

internet speed is ok as I can play videos from other sites without lag. such as pinoytambayan.tv.

I have cleared cookies, cache, temp files....

Other browsers - This I haven't tried. But, I am just curious what happened with IE, why this is happening.
