Just the attitude of these people. Sobrang dina-down ang capabilities ng mga pilipino. Just so disappointing.

well the great kanto highway is not government owned but rather owned by private company. paid by toll fees, Japan has high toll rate compared to international standard. If people want self healing road, we have to pay for it hehe, moreklamo man gani if mo-increase ang toll fee
