i'd prefer the term 'development' over 'evolution'.
also, granting that the technology for 'textile display' will be available soon, i am pretty sure the images will not be as clear and as crisp as depicted. the mother's womb is a messy and watery place. if you have seen 3d ultrasound images before, you'll know that it does not appear as dramatic as that.
