i have my in-ear always everyday,,, going to work and going home.. my In-ears stuck in my ear for almost 1.5 hrs.... but what i have noticed is dili kaayo hugaw akong ear canal. because the in-ear blocks dirty air from coming in.

sudden change sa akong habbit kay ang wearing headset everynight kay naadik man gud ko PC games ron.

sukad ato wala na ko nag headset.

Findings sa doctor = mura daw sinusitis kay closed daw ang hole connect sa ilong(ambot unsa to) naa daw liquid sud sa ako dungan.
