i stumbled upon EO 138, issue by ERAP... it looks like it is doing good... but what i don't understand is why a person who have a degree way more than ERAP would repeal such an order?

It shows us that we Filipinos have poor judgment and can be bought even at a price of P500 to elect someone you hate. They paid my cousin who went to vote in the province for Lacson and ended up voting you know who.
