Do you agree with the dismissal of "*** inside Car" complaint?

While taking his coffee in Ayala, my foreign hubby told me (I went away for shopping) that there are young "joiners" in ayala who are offering themselves for money, for curiosity he asked his co-national where would they do that, he's been told either in parking area or in cinema. When I read the news, nahinumdom ko sa giingon sa akong husband. Maayo ra sad nga bantayan na ang parking area sa guards aron dili managhan nang mga buhata uy, there are other private places anyway. However I guess reporting to the police for that act is somewhat excessive, this is only my own opinion. Peace.

- The guard followed ORDERS but I dont think there any ORDERS at all from superiors to PEEP on TINTED WINDOWS . Yes they can question and interrogate the occupants outside the vehicle .

- There was no scandal involved because they are having *** inside a tinted car and not on top of the hood or in the bed of the truck .

OT : thats why a big factor is considered why we have a lot of casualties , incidents , non applicable rules of engagements , failed decision making , out of the blue strategic tactics etc on security officers/guards probably because of the non existent PROTOCOL of security duties and orientation/training from agencies .
