Beware of this Hosting Company.. Very poor customer/technical support service

@YJOB, its good to know that the host visited this thread but I doubt that he doesn't know who is the TS as they have email conversations as posted on first page. And if TS will drop his name here, will the host answer these accusations?

There is a very high percentage nga nagsulti sa tinuod ang threadstarter, pero unfair lang gihapon as long as one-sided ang istorya, labi na jud nga nagsige na distribute ug information thru PM.

Kung dili motubag ang host dinhi nga topic, mangutana ta sa forum admins kung unsay angay buhaton ani nga thread.

We have received a report regarding this thread, from the "owner" of the hosting company.
To be fair, kung seryoso ang thread starter sa iyang reklamo about this certain host, may I reqyest that he post his full name here para masubay nato kung tinuod ba gyud nga customer siya ani nga hosting company.

The hosting company cannot entertain or answer these accusations kung di sila kabalo kinsa nga customer ang nireklamo.

Therefore, para hapsay ang tanan, we might need some names.
Name of the customer first, then we will wait for the host to answer this.

Otherwise, all statements could be pending and hanging.
And all replies, especially towards the behavior of the said host might be considered as prejudice.

Why would I post my name? I mean, if they knew that they were the hosting company that was complained here then they should also know who we are.. Even if theyve heard of this thread from a friend or somebody then i'm pretty sure they've seen this thread and searched about me and my posts here. They couldve even pm'd me and asked what was the name of the said hosting company and wouldnt they have replied to me by the time they received my reply knowing that they were that hosting company? isnt the reason for usernames/handle means of protecting one's identity? On my end also I didnt even posted the name of their company here as its not professional. Our back and forth email that I posted here isnt already an evidence that we were a customer of the said hosting company?

the reason why i dont post their name is for the sake of their business.. id like to believe not all their customers have experienced what we've experienced.. will not pm the name of the company.. im waiting for the owner of the company to post here..
