I experienced this about two nights ago. I called their tech support. Basic troubleshooting procedures failed to resolve the issue. I was told to bring my modem to the Sun shop to have it checked. I never went, but it's working fine now.

maybe services by SUNCELLULAR will eventually improve after the buyout by PLDT TELECOM.

I also experienced the same. Try daw ninyo ug reboot inyong PCs then reconnect.

it seems na dapat mag download ko ug something to keep the connection up kay kung mag browse2x ra ko kay ma dc jud pirme @_@

edit: dli diay mo talab na nah technique. still gettin constant disconnection to the point that I gave up. Full bars man unta ako WCDMA signal. Naay outtage ang sun or ingon ani jud ni ka crappy ang connection nila?

aha, sun pud ko. banawa aq location. i think aq pa usa ang nag gamit dwi nga location nya duol2 gamay sa tower. wa koi labad sa speed. ayus ayo, walai ilog, especially nig sunday super duper paspas au ang download sa mga mp3. kanang 5mb nga mp3 kwaon ra nya ug less than a minute. samot na magdungan ug DL.. heheheh paspas...
