also, id like some of the people here to grow some balls(for the ladies, ladyballs) and stop crying about infractions. ive been given infractions, some i felt i deserved, some i felt i didnt. just take it with a grain of salt, move on and learn from it. mawala ra bitaw na. unless na jud moy plano mag pabadlong ug maayo.

So far, honestly lang, as for the moment kay wala koy major concern towards any mods... I'd like to keep it that way.

if you do moderator evaluation,
you should do it discreetly.

im a manager.
when i evaluate my workers, i dont do it in the open.
i talk to them one on one.

the best thing to do is suggest to forumers to pm their evaluation.
at least thats how i would do it to be effective in those evaluation.

who would evaluate openly and honestly ?
knowing that the moderators have the power to ban them as they wish.

Its an Unofficial , more laid back process .... my 2 cents , at times lets take a breath from being serious , cant take everything too serious

I enjoyed reading his foodtrip posts and got me into foodtrip writing as well. Let's just say I got inspired by Ron for searching good food in all nook and crannies and share my experiences through the forum, as well. He influenced me in a way of putting my love for food into good use and not be ashamed of it.

Right now, I am loving every minute of managing my food blog and going to places in search of a good foodtrip with friends!

Thanks KE-25 for giving me a light bulb moment through this forum and introduced me to a new world of Diners

@Soul Doctor: In doing official employee evaluation or appraisal, it is done privately and one on one. But there is also this thing we call Open Forum, where the subordinates and leaders air their grievances, comments and suggestion towards each other for strengthening teamwork. I agree that this thread could give positive results.
