Cheap pension house for a 10+ day stay

Can anyone recommend a cheap but clean pension house either in colon area or fuente osmena? I'll be travelling alone and staying in Cebu from Dec 21- Jan 1. I am on a very tight budget (not more than 400 pesos per day for the room). Ok lang ang fan room para mas mura.

are you still looking for a cheap place to stay? try verbena pension house near Joven's grill in fuente osmena..there are actually 4 very affordable pension houses in that same area hope that helps..
