for some people they do make sense.
for some that can't afford to buy a new car like me hehehe.
they only cost a quarter of what an average brand new car is nowadays.
still, buying surplus cars have risks.

what make them stand above others?
    hmmm let me think.
    1. price
    2. fuel efficiency
    3. looks? some liked it some don't

    what not to like.
    1. maintenance cost " the hassle to find replacement parts even a surplus or chopped parts" a lot of shops selling wagon r's claim that parts are easy to find and is always available. but after buying from them a few months later when your car breaks down, good luck if they have replacement parts ready for you. famous lines sa shop. "boss mangita pami ug sensor para nimo sa surplusan" ngek!. mao ra diay gihapon mangukay ra diay sila sa basurahan. tsk tsk....
    2. questionable quality of restoration and re assembly.
    3. safety "regardless on how good it was restored and put back together, "IT WILL NEVER BE THE SAME." structural integrity is already compromised once it was chopped up.

okay ra ang wagon r+ pero ayaw ang automatic transmission hasol kaau nakapalit ang igso-on sa ako sister in law. problemado kaau kanang inig D dili mu dagan kato hinay ba, mu dagan man unta na bisan wala tumbi ang gas ug wala tunob sa brake of course. ge ilisan ug transmission maau ra sa sugod ni balik gehapun ang sakit. usahay pud walay kusog bisan gamay ra nga tungason..
