IVF...thats the only thing i know thats guaranteer though.if you can afford it.i've always wanted a boy and we went through ivf.we've done the embryo selection.so far i have no problems with the baby,all the tests came out all pretty good but try asking around.im not sure if its being offered by the fertility doctors in philippines.thats the only way you can do it and GUARANTEED but its very expenssive (but worth it in the sense that its gonna save your wife from giving birth from a baby girl again) .goodluck!
