sir, wala ko kasabot sa by block ang pag palit sa lot? diba per sq m mana? interested kaau ko but can u tell me why walay title? ang tax declaration man gud is not enough proof of ownership. i do hope u understand that a lot of interested buyers like me would be concern about this. lisud man gud ma sulod unya tas gubot nga property bah...the property is indeed nice and big for the quoted price, we are just concerned why it does not have a title. thanks

sir i rest assured that this house and lot is safe..coz mostly here in cordova houses declaration raman ang papers...
you can ask some people here in cordova sir.mao sad na ilang mga papers diri.
mao bitaw sir cheaper na akong pag sell ani ...

duha ni ka block usa kay 200sq and 120 sq so each block have there own declaration papers and dead of sell..

wala naku gi pa title kay walay plano nga esell ni ang house and lot mao nang wa sa plano pa nga ipatitle.now karon we decided to sell pero wala jud me enough money nga ma tittle sya.so mao nang ing ana nga price kay dili man tittle so kamo na magpatittle ana kay wa najud time for making it tittle.
