I don't think this would be an easy wish. Currently, Istorya.net is a community, a public forum and not merely a buy and sell site. So vouching users inorder to prevent scams in buy and sell will create an enormous responsibility to the administrators. That's why rules were created and implemented in BSTC board to lessen this problem and waiving to users that "iSTORYA.NET, its Owners, Administrators, and Moderators will not be held liable for any transaction coursed thru this public forum". IMO, ID system is not effective. Even karma system wala man ni effect. I agree with stealthghost, most likely magamit ra ang ID as a proof being a legit member.

As I see it, nagbaha ang mga posts with incomplete details. If mods will automatically delete incomplete details, maybe ma lessen ang scammers sa BSTC. Plus i database tanan contact info sa sellers syaro mangilad pa.

This... and di jud malikayan ang scammers. Even legit businesses can scam people and brand it as "marketing", why not the masses? ^_^

Let's make it a bit easier for the admins and mods to decide. Why don't we come up with clearly defined guidelines (or suggestions) as to what the proposed ID is and is NOT; who are eligible to apply for it; the application process (like naay panel composed of active and relatively trusted istoryans nga moreview sa applicant?); limitations and rules for its use; sanctions in case of it being abused; design/style of the ID; a database of ID holders and a hotline number for complaints and reports (ok too much na siguro nang hotline number, haha). What else?
