The real problem is our people , our culture isn't accustomed to badlong.

Kung Badlongon naay mangluod.. tell me if i'm not wrong... Kung badlongon masuko... its in our nature our culture that a lot of us don't take criticism to well, mangita dyud ta ug lusot. We should learn to listen to criticism and not take them personal.

Agree, even ako... I remind some members to stop doing it because it its a violation... they will always take it as kasaba daw... where I was just reminding them. murag mo trigger dayon ang ego bah...

But you still don't get the point--what can you do about it? Absolutely nothing. You can rant all you want--I will perform my duties here as I see fit--only the other mods and admins can decide if whatever I'm doing is wrong or not. Compared to those who actually think I'm running things perfectly fine, you and your cohorts are a minority. If you become a majority, well, perhaps it's a signal that I do need to change things, but until that day of "uprising", you just have to keep on wishing.

for me, rodsky is an effective moderator. attentive. brytan pud ko sa iya mga post sa science.. hehehe

pinakaganahan naku niya kay firm with his words as a moderator.
