i wished that were true, sir. but based on my observations of LGU, corruption still finds a way. not all participants are in it for the money but due to utang na loob or to protect their jobs or resignation because that is how things are. i think we need to change our culture, not make more red tape processes. imo.

another problem is ang sobra sa pamulitika... kung sobra sa pamulitika sa atong mga hakub nga politiko, apektado jud ang basic services...
