2009 Cebu Inter Auto Club Meet
“Driving the Green Lifestyle”


As we Celebrate the Mandaue Chamber of Commerce and Industry's 40th anniversary, the Mandaue City's foundation day and the Cebu province’s 440th founding anniversary this August one of the main events for the Mandaue Business Month will be the 2009 Cebu Inter Auto Club Meet in its 2nd year - Harder, Better, Stronger, Faster, Greener!

Thirteen (13) car clubs, Thirteen (13) Automotive Dealerships and special out of town automotive enthusiasts will give you one of the best automotive show in the Philippines. The Cebu Inter Auto Club Meet will be held on August 22-23, 2009 at the CICC Grounds.

Folks, we will not only showcase cars but have organized activities to help the community. It was important for all of us automotive enthusiasts to think of helping in some way. Just to name a few activities we will be having:

All Car Clubs will join a Tree Planting Event - August 8
Balik-Baterya Program - In partnership with Motolite, Mandaue Chamber of Commerce and Industry and The Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP). Cleaner Environment (Proper waste disposal), Better Learning ( Help Improve Educations in Many Public Schools ) which will give us a Brighter Future.
Econo-Run - Partnering with PLDT, all car clubs will engage in a fun adventure to see who drives efficiently to promote driving using less gas, the right way of driving. We will use PLDT's fast track service to give us real-time monitoring of vehicles and how one drives.
Seminars on the day of show - To Promote Driving Safety and Emission
Fellowship Amongst Motorist - Holding Inter Club Activities to help build a better community amongst motorist

We are making this event in such a way for everyone to enjoy. One of the highlights of the show gives people a chance who are in the market for new cars experience a once in a lifetime treat. Not only do you get a chance to drive all 13 cars from dealerships to compare but also get lower rates from both Car Dealerships and Union Banks discounted rates only for this event. So folks, if you are shopping for a new car I suggest waiting till August 22-23

In closing id like to leave people with this thought, it’s going to be fun for everyone; the atmosphere will be like a cookout/car show, good for the family. We will have contests - Photo Contests (for photo enthusiast), Sound offs, Barbecue Contests and much more....
