    di man ko swituh ani but i think bottomline lang ani is discipline, proper diet and hardwork..

    my cousin just started hitting the gym nia nag take xa anang protein thingy sa GNC..
    i'm not sure if it works or if it's really healthy though

    Normal jud na ang sore all over. What people suggested para mawala ang soreness is iworkout nasad ang sore part. Ambot unsay reason mawala ang soreness but it works. Dili ko makasuggest unsa mga do's and don'ts kay i myself gitapol ug workout lately.

    hala newbie pod ku aning exercise but di nko like mag gym-gym oi. naay posibilities nga sa balay lang ko or mag exercese lang ug ako...like jogging, sit-up..unsay best time mag exercise?..any suggestions? gusto ku mugamay ako tiyann coz i'm petite, di sad tambok...gusto ku mo porma kay summer na raba!
