This is really more of a mindf*ck than a brain teaser.

There are 5 houses along one side of Birch Street, each of a unique color. The home owners each drive a different car, and each has a different pet. The owners all read a different newspaper and plant only one thing in their garden:

1. The family with the station wagon lives in the red house.
2. The owner of the SUV has a dog.
3. The family with the van read the Gazette.
4. The green house is immediately to the left of the white house.
5. The Chronicle is delivered to the green house.
6. The man who plants zucchini has birds.
7. In the yellow house they plant corn.
8. In the middle house they read the Times.
9. The compact car parks at the first house.
10. The family that plants eggplant lives in the house next to the house with cats.
11. In the house next to the house where they have a horse, they plant corn.
12. The woman who plants beets receives the Daily News.
13. The owners of the sports car plants okra.
14. The family wtih the compact car lives next to the blue house.
15. They read the Bulletin in the house next to where they plant eggplant.
